or loved one at our UCP Heartland Jefferson City youth camps! Our specially trained, caring staff is eager to explore, learn, and grow with your child this summer and/or winter. If you’re new to our camps, here’s a little bit more about our amazing day camps.

- We’re especially designed for kids with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDDs).
- We’re one of Jefferson City’s only day camps for kids with IDDs.
- Our camps are an inclusive environment for children with and without a diagnosis of an intellectual or developmental disability.
- We offer both Jefferson City summer camps and winter camps to keep your child engaged during long school breaks.
- Camps run 5 days a week to give your child lots of time to make friends and countless lasting memories.
- Our hours of service are convenient, to help work with your schedule.
- Campers have oodles of opportunities to enhance their social skills and learn life skills.
- Sports, arts and crafts, cooking, and games- oh my!
- Every camper gets the chance to explore their community on exciting field trips.
- Medication (oral and topical) and G-Tube feedings can be administered with a doctor’s order.
- A close-knit ratio of 1 staff member to 3 campers.
- Each of our camps is funded by the extraordinary United Way of Central Missouri.
