Independent Supported Living Assistance (ISLA)

Description
UCP Heartland’s Independent Supported Living Arrangement (ISLA) program offers personalized, one-on-one support for individuals with disabilities who are living on their own—or working toward living independently—with ten hours or less of support per week. Services are designed to promote self-sufficiency, safety, and an improved quality of life in the community.
