Description

Our Independent Supported Living (ISL) program provides around-the-clock, 24-hour individualized support to help people with disabilities live independently. Our caring staff assists with daily needs like personal care, cooking, medication, and medical appointments. They also help coordinate transportation and plan social outings, ensuring your loved one stays active and engaged in the community. With one to three roommates, individuals can build friendships while receiving the personalized support they need to thrive. You can feel confident knowing your loved one is in good hands with us.

Since 1953, UCP Heartland has actively championed the care and support of our community members with disabilities and their families. Today, we continue to bear witness to the resiliency and self-determination of each member of our UCPH family. Our ISL program is one powerful way we continue to provide the independence and support every client deserves.
